Practitioners are encouraged to rest and ask questions.
Modifications for postures are often taught based on individual needs.

If you’ve had a busy day or feel like slowing down and nourishing your body then join our de-stress classes. Based on Hatha/yin and restorative, we’ve nicknamed these classes “sloth yoga”. Incorporating deep relaxation, sometimes yoga Nidra, poses to calm the mind and bring peace to the body, and visual meditation, our De-stress classes are about untangling and take the complicated out of our yoga practice.
These classes will touch your soul and keep you coming back for more! Virusha is a strong and nurturing teacher that offers us all the space we need to connect with ourselves. Get in touch with your spiritual being with breath work, chanting, gentle movement and meditation.

Simple and slower vinyasa flow which is energizing and give a light stretch, tone, and increase fitness.
For physical awareness come and try our Friday classes! We will guide you through some amazing flow work with strength and courage. You will be challenged to push through any fatigue and tiredness that arises. These classes are all about moving as an unity through your breath and dedication. Very well suited to those who don't do other cardio exercise and seek fitness and mobility.
Our Ishta classes with Angie aim to balance the energetic forms. Working into alignment, pranayama, pratyahara, balancing and meditation, these are well suited to the practitioner looking to expand their knowledge of the body, soul and mind. These focus on the individuals needs and can often include readings on better life paths, diets and spirituality. ice.
Although beginner friendly, these classes aren’t for beginners.
They are playful and athletic, building up strength and fitness. With a combination of breath work, isolating exercises, gravity surfing and deep stretches, you will walk away feeling accomplished in every way! Working sometimes with partners and in groups, our fusion classes are all about the fun and inspiration around “bendy” yoga.
Angie will challenge you to trust yourself in ways you never thought you would and get you into poses that will delight your curiosity!
